The 24-hour rule. We have to hear from you within 24 hours of the clean. After that, we unfortunately can't come back for a free re-clean, because everyday life has had time to undo the work and we can no longer tell what was missed. You're always welcome to book another visit.

When we walk through your home in person, we can see exactly what it needs, so that price is the most accurate and often lower. A 5-minute video call, where you show us around with your phone, gets close to that without a visit. Either way, you'll know the price before we start.
Regular visits work best once a home is at a clean baseline. The first deep clean gets the built-up dust and grime, so every visit after that can focus on keeping things fresh.
Every two weeks suits most busy households. Weekly is great for families with kids or pets. Monthly works if you keep up with the basics yourself and want a regular reset.
